Directions to JR's Red Lake Access:
From Bemidji Minnesota, take highway 71 north to the town of Black duck, MN. At Black duck, turn north on highway 72. Continue north on highway 72 to Shook's Corner. There'll be a few jogs in the road along the way. At Shook's Corner, which is still on highway 72, turn north and head towards Baudette, Minnesota. Continue north on highway 72 until you reach county road 23, which is located north of the town of Kelliher. At county road 23, turn left and follow county 23 west towards Upper Red Lake.  After a few miles, the road turns to gravel. Continue on. JR's Corner Access is located just a few miles ahead. Right on the shore of Upper Red Lake.
